About the Space

Paseo Social provides everything you need to kickstart your event!

Included in your rental cost are use of the following:

  • 8 white tables

  • 50 white chairs

  • An additional 50 foldable chairs

  • An additional 2 folding tables

  • 8 white tablecloths

  • 8 black tablecloths

  • Bluetooth speakers

  • 2 televisions

  • Surround-sound system

  • Wifi

  • Use of the outdoor deck and picnic area

  • 2 single-occupancy restrooms

  • 10 designated parking spots located behind the building, and accessible from 30th St.

The Fine Print:

Paseo Social has a maximum 66 persons capacity within the building at all times. This includes any event staff such as caterers and photographers. Rental times include set-up and breakdown. A non-refundable $100 cleaning fee, a $100 date-hold fee, and a refundable $100 security deposit is due upon booking. The security deposit will be returned to the Licensee (renter) within 30 days of the event date, provided the rental has not suffered damage as a result of the event’s activity and the terms of the licensing agreement have been met. The total rental amount must be paid in full within 15 days of the event.

Cancellations: Cancellations must be requested 10 days before the scheduled event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made after this time are eligible to be rescheduled within one (1) year of the original rental date, or will result in the forfeiture of 50% of the rental cost to the Licensor (Paseo Social LLC).
